Cancellation Policy
Montevideo 6 respects your right to cancel a purchase in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and its regulations.
Order Cancellation by the Customer
You may cancel a purchase made on the website within 14 days of receiving the product, or within 14 days from receiving the transaction details – whichever is later.
Cancellations must be made in writing, via one of the following channels:

Returning the Product
The item must be returned:
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- Along with the original receipt or proof of purchase
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or there was a mistake in the order.
Refunds
Once the return is received and approved:
You will receive a full refund, excluding the original shipping cost.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, but may be delayed until the returned product is received.
If paid by credit card, the refund will be issued to the same card.
Cancellations Due to Defect or Error
If you received a defective item or the product does not match the order:
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
We will cover the return shipping cost and offer a full refund, replacement, or repair – as per your choice.
Exceptions to Cancellation
Cancellation does not apply to:
- Custom-made items (including special sizes or personalized items)
- Items that have been used
- Final sale / clearance items, where stated as non-returnable
Exchanges
You may exchange an item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging.
How to request an exchange:

Send the item back to us – return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll send out the replacement (subject to availability).
If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer store credit or a full refund — your choice.
In the case of an error or defect on our part, we will cover the exchange costs in full.
